Todd Bulich offers unique representation from his background practicing law for 10 years, with a concentration on litigation in business law and real estate transactions. Todd currently represents law firms in their lease negotiations and has been involved in numerous transactions involving the disposition of commercial property.
Todd has a thorough understanding of acquisitions, development, and construction of buildings from both a legal and brokerage prospective. He is an ardent negotiator, employing strategies that make full use of his legal experience and training to guide both tenants and buyers in real estate transactions.
Todd obtained a BS in Economics from Santa Clara University and went on to get his J.D. from Drake University Law School in 1994. Todd has completed all of the basic coursework to obtain his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, the commercial real estate equivalent of being a CPA in accounting. Todd has been retained as an expert witness in commercial real estate claims on behalf of large law firms and Fortune 500 Companies as well as large non-profits throughout California.
Currently, Todd is Vice Chairman on the board of directors for California Credit Union, a not-for- profit $3billion organization. Additionally, Todd is an adjunct professor at California Western School of Law in San Diego, California during the fall semester. Outside the office, Todd is very active and passionate about his family and giving back to the community. He is on the board of the Del Mar American Little League foundation and coaches sports for his children. He has also set up a charitable foundation that assists resources for education for disadvantaged youth.
